Consolida had a different meaning in 1650, Consolida major was Comphry [Symphytum officinalis]; Consolida media was Bugle [Ajuga reptans] , and Consolida minima were 'Daizies' [Bellis perennis]. Consolida rubra was Golden Rod; Consolida regalis was Delphinium, Larks Heels.
